Helena Mithras is the founder of Gazelle coaching Inc.

She is a lifelong learner and has a passion for education and empowering people.

For Helena, success is having a high level of awareness and a positive impact on people’s lives and society. Like the company she founded, she values leadership, trust, and excellence.

Her exposure to entrepreneurship began in her family’s private school since 1997. She had the opportunity to work, learn and grow in many areas such as accounting, human resources, educational planning, and in managing the daily operation of the business. After finishing her bachelor’s degree in accounting and studying marketing, she started her own marketing studies institute.

Helping people and finding creative solutions for businesses, NGOs, and not for profits was a driving force for Helena to get her master’s degree in international law as she gained a global perspective and broadened her horizons. As she gained more experiences working with variety of people, Helena realized the importance of soft skills and transformational leadership, so she trained as a life and business coach.

In order to integrate her educational and working experiences, she pursued her second master’s degree, a MBA major in strategic planning.

Helena’s passion for adding value and making a difference encouraged her to start another management studies institute to assist businesses as a management consultant and business coach. Her extensive professional experience makes her a proficient coach and consultant. Now she is a CPHR Candidate, Chartered Professional Human Resources.

Growing up in Iran, Helena wanted to live in a free country with more opportunities to grow and gain global experience, so she immigrated to Canada in January 2015 and became a Canadian citizen in April 2019. She perceives immigration as one of her best experiences as it enhanced her cultural and self- awareness. Now she is a proud and active member of Canadian society. Her passion for learning and supporting others to grow and live a high quality of life drives her to follow her dreams in Canada.
